It was the England Vs. Germany game the day before and I had a few drinks to get over it. So I would be crazy to do any exercise today. I therefore cycled to and from work and went for a run at lunch time.
Not too much to say on the run. Beautiful day, a loop down the Victoria Embankment, Charing Cross and back over Blackfriars. The first 20 minutes ran at looney pace and then I took it easy. Probably good practice for the Three Bridges.
