The weather has turned spring like.  I was going to run home all the way from work but I want to get back quick.  I decide to try and do my tempo run back from Lewisham.  But my legs are tired from the 20 miles on Sunday night.
I set of with good intentions but its a case of gritting the teeth and getting on with it.  Even though I am a tired my form feels good.  Every step is good and efficient.  It's probably good practising running while tired.
I do the final push up to my house.  When I look at the watch the time is good 41:08.  Now I try and need to un-tire myself to get the rest of the training in this week.
