I was going to run back from Grove Park but the trains have gone wrong at Lewisham. Fortunately a Hayes train comes along and I go to Lower Sydenham.
It's probably only 4km back from here, but I am planning lots of regular running so it's all good. I love running in the autumn and today was no exception
