A fairly straight forward Park Run today. Didn't really push or strain an air of beeriness and the Marathon next week put pay to that.
The park had an icy mist hanging over it which gradually burnt off during the run. Beautiful.
My next run is the 50th. It would be good to PB but with the marathon and the onset of winter, it may be a challenge.
