Embankment intervals

With one eye on the upcoming races I go for a personal interval session. I gently jog down to Victoria Embankment. There I do 6 sets of 2 mins on, 30 second stand/walk, 30 seconds jog.

The weather is beautiful and despite the pain of the intervals it is still fun. I jog gently back. After a while I decide that. I can't be bothered with the gentle jog and pick up the pace.

A good start to some upcoming sessions of pain.
