Hill training in the city

When I was timer at the Hare and Hounds by Blackfriars Bridge I noticed two runners doing intervals. Starting on the VE embankment and then running up on to the bridge. The ramp providing a nice hill. Then a slow walk breaking into a jog.

I decided to give this a go. It takes me a minute to run to the top. Another two minutes to jog back. A ten minute jog there, 6 reps and a 10 minute jog back. A nice little workout. I also feel fast as I do them.

Only the pollution worries me!
