A lunchtime blast down Fleet Street, and up Kingsway. I had planned to turned round and head back to ensure that I kept with in my half hour limit. Instead I turned it into a loop by heading back down High Holborn and Smithfields.
More historical London, taking in the "Print" district (Fleet Street), the legal London, High Court/Chancery Lane and the Meat Packing District (Smithfield)
The rain held off. I like the way I run now my form is good. Now I need to lose some weight and gain some fitness.
