Track Intervals and ending tired

Tonights session, 3 x 1600 with 400m walk recovery.  I feel a little tired, yesterday's 10 miles took it out of me.  I still run diligently.  I probably average 6:40 for the 3 reps.

At the end we do 8 x 60m.  Some of the reps I am first past the line.  At the end I am properly tired.
