I'm thinking of moving my midweek 9 miler to Friday. This should leave me more fresh for the track session on Thursday. Tonight is party time at work and so I go out and do a very easy 4km.
Despite the easy nature of the run it's still a struggle. However, one thing delights me. I find the Canary Wharf Traffic-Light-Tree work of art.
