It's cold. misty and slippery. We do 1 mile tempo, 2x1200m and 4x800m with 90 seconds recovery. Most of the night my group consists of me and Rob W and one other fellah.
I use Rob as a good bell-weather of where I am at. Recently I have been getting close to him, so I am making progress. Each sessions brings me nearer to the end of this game, which is good.
