Whoops, Intervals

It's important to get quality in as well as quantity.  So today I decide to go back to Speed Highwalk for some intervals.  10 sessions of effort with one minute rest in between.

After two intervals I remember I am running in the inter-financial services cross-country championship tomorrow and should be taking it easy.  I am committed to the intervals and so I diligently finish them.  To be honest it was quite enjoyable.  In places it is a little slippy as they were cleaning the tiles with one of those site on machines, but I work round it.

I finish and gently job bag.

10 1minute intervals with 1 minute recovery.
