The weather was nice and so I run home from Lewisham. The best bit was running through the Woods in Beckenham Place Park. Flowing through the trails was fantastic.
It's the Hare and Hounds 5 mile time trial on Friday. I'll need to decide whether I take a rest or easier day tomorrow. To be honest, I'm revelling in the mileage.
