Measured in pace and measured in the fact I remembered the Garmin. Once again the leg was sore but I don't think the running was making it worse.
Despite sun down at 6:50pm, as I run across Beckenham Place Park and through the woods at 7:00pm it is still easily light enough.
At home the distance is....7.88km. I can add in the short jog to Cannon Street for a nice 8km run.
Need to decide how to refine the route when the darkness comes...
