Slightly damp hills

I'm a little tired but holding in there.  I get the kids in bed and head out to the hill outside my house.  It's drizzling so I put on a rain jacket.   I run a 5 minute warm-up and then get into it.  I run up the hill and jog down.

Tonight I had targeted 45 minutes for the session.  Half way through I am flagging.  I keep going though.  At the end I have one minute left.  Do I give myself the minute off or do I run the extra rep.  I run the rep.

5mins warm up, 35 mins hills 5mins warm down
