Friday night and I don't fancy the hill session. The hill is just outside my front door. I get the kids in bed and head out. The 5 minute warmup jog is hard. The first rep is terrible. Then gradually things get better.
Before I know it I am on the last rep. I finish it off and do a 5 minute warm down. Executed. Now for a nice relaxing Friday evening.
Hill Repeats, 5 minute warmup, 30 minutes of 1:30 hills with jog down recovery and 5 minute warmdown.
