Diligent Intervals

Sunday I had to do some work.  Monday, the same.  I start to worry that my marathon would be blown.  Who am I trying to kid?  With the family and work, sub 3:30 is unattainable.

Today the pressure eases at work.  I decide to go out at lunch.  A session I think.  I head to Andrewes  High Walk in the Barbican.  I bang out 5 x 3 minutes with 1 minute recovery.  They are definitely a couple of seconds per-rep faster than last time I did this.  I feel good.  I am going to do this marathon.  Then I think I may need to knock it on the head for a while.

Intervals 5 x 3 with 1 minute recover.
