I arrived at work today at 8:45am and stayed at my desk until I left at 18:00 only getting up for a couple of meetings. No chance to go running at lunchtime. I was planning to run back from Lewisham but alas that was blown by someone ringing me up at 5:30pm.
Instead I do a quick blast back from Grove Park. It's a bit warmer at the moment so I can run in a long sleeved t-shirt. The middle of the run was hard but the run up the steep hill to the church by my house was easy.
