Reconnaissance run

I've been wiped out the last couple of days.  Not sure if I pushed too hard or whether it is a virus.  It was typified by the appalling effort last night.  Today I decide to a gentle jog to see if I can find some where suitable for running some 3 minute intervals.

My original plan was London Wall, but as I look it is not a goer.  Instead I go and trundle round the Barbican.   I come to the conclusion that maybe the best place is where I have previously run my 1minute reps, up on the Barbican Highwalks away from the traffic.  I think I can turn one half into a sort of loop.  I guess come April I will be gone.
