On a cold day with snow still on the ground (but not too much) I decide to run home from Lewisham. I get caught at the first set of lights and then eventually I am off.
The good thing about running home is that I can't wait to get back and see my wife and kids. So I put the hammer down and fly home. A couple of times I think about easing the pace, but I push again. I get caught at some more lights but pick the pace up.
I get home, and the runners high is of the finest vintage.
