Leadenhall Loop

Things not to do when you are coming down with a virus:
1) Do a three hour long run

This piece of idiocy has kept me off running for the last couple of days.  Eventually today I get back on to it.  I thought about doing a session but instead to ease back into it I do a Leadenhall Loop.

It's still cold enough to need a coat but it's not bitter bitter cold.  The pace is good.  As I am getting fitter I am able to push the pace more.

Maybe a session tomorrow.
