Yesterday was a rest day. I fell asleep on the Sofa at 9:00pm. I suspect it was running the kids back up to the top of the hill on their sledge. A good hills session and good to put the marathon training to some practical use.
Today I decide a quick 30 mins at lunch. I am reading a book about Mindfulness at the moment, but as I sit here typing now I struggle to remember much about the run, most of it done on Auto-pilot.
I know I ran down the South Bank across Hungerford Bridge and then back past St. Pauls. A simple, sound run.
