Chilly Intervals

It's freezing cold, but I'm in the mood for some reps.  15x1 minute with 1 minute recovery on Speed Highwalk in the Barbican.

I think I must be getting faster as the usual start and finish points are easily made well under the minute.

After a satisfying session, I turn and head back to the office.
