Intervals again

Can't put it off any longer, so at lunchtime it is back to Speed Highwalk for some intervals.

I am feeling tired from this weeks return to action.  But when it comes to it I run them diligently.  The funny thing  is that the end suddenly creeps up and before you know it you are running the last interval.

Afterwards I feel great.  I need to run more sessions (Hills/Intervals etc.) to get better

Intervals 10 x 1 minute with 1 minute
