Getting stronger

I was planning to run home from Herne Hill tonight.  I thought it was 5.5 miles but a last minute check of the map before I left showed me it was 6.5.  I fall back on the run from Lewisham instead.

The thighs are a little bit sore, but I can feel my fitness building.  At some points I start to zip along.  Other parts I tough it out.

I was going to cycle to work tomorrow as I have to bring the laptop home, but maybe a rest day would be better.
