It's raining, or drizzling to be more accurate. I'm in a bad mood and think some hard running would do me some good. I decide to go to Speed Highwalk for some intervals. This has the advantage of being undercover. I've had a couple of days off (Sunday I was shattered from a hard week and Jerry's surprisingly tiring Night Run. Yesterday I was still a bit achy and busy at work)
The problem soon become apparent, it's a bit slippy. I'm not all over the place, but I have to concentrate. This puts a couple of seconds on each rep compared to with what I usually run them. Still better to be out than not. In the end I run 15 before heading back.
Intervals 15 by 1 minute with 1 minute recovery.
