The day's rest yesterday has left me feeling ready to go. So on the way back I push the pace. My form feels good. It's bitterly cold, but not unpleasant.
When I get back and look at the time it is quite pleasing given that it was running in the streets (always slower) and with a back-back laden with chocolates.
