Down for a look at the Thames

A brief respite at work gives me the opportunity for an easy, easy 5km.  I decide to run down at look at the Thames from the bottom of the Isle of Dogs and over towards Greenwich.  There's less ice and snow around.  .

The river looks chilly and I can see the snow in Greenwich park, yet with brown streaks where people have been sledging.

I manage to keep the run easy, and simply turn the legs over.  Tempo tonight.
