I am out partying tonight but have to be at work early. The only option is to go at lunch. Larry is up for a lunchtime run. It's a slow day at work so I suggest the loop through Greenwich Park.
It's freezing cold but great to be out. We run down to the tunnel, through the tunnel and in to the park. The route is all new to Larry and I think he enjoys the sight seeing. The pace is steady and not fast.
All too soon it is over but we both feel great.
