I don't need a recovery run as I had a rest day yesterday. I do still fancy a little easy jog. I am worried there will be snow and ice everywhere. The Canary Wharf Estate looks pretty clear. I leave the estate and down towards Wapping. The further I go the more snow and ice there is. I try and run on the road where I can.
I see Larry and Samuel on their way back. They seem to be going at a fair lick. I run around the air vent of what I am now certain is the Rotherhithe Tunnel and head back.
I don't come close to slipping over. A nice easy 5km
