Intervals on a cold night

It's cold, I am hung over but I want to do the track interval session.  So I do.

I love the track session.  I don't think I can run with the same group as last week.  So I go with Karen's girly-group.  We do 1200m, 1000m, 800m, 600m, 400m with 200m jog recovery.

Rob yields and joins our group.  I so enjoy the structure of the session and being part of a group.  It keeps me honest.

Soon we are done and are on to stretching.  I feel great.  The runners high from an interval session is better than any other
