Snowy Hill Repeats

After yesterdays snowy run, I decide to move my hill repeats until tonight.  My concern is that it is going to be icy.  All my running shoes are at work, and any way my trail shoes are more likely to have better grip.

In the end it is not too icy.  I time the first repeat. 1:30 on the way up, 2 minutes on the way down.  I go ahead and run 6 of these.  I've still time for one more so I do.  The 7th takes me up to about 30 minutes.

The snow stopped me running as hard as I would like but it is job done.
